WHAT IS CBD OIL?
Cannabidiol (CBD) is the lesser known naturally-occurring compound found in hemp and cannabis, also known as a cannabinoid. It’s the most abundant *non-psychoactive cannabinoid found in the plant and is thought to have a wealth of benefits.

HOW SHOULD I TAKE CBD?
This really comes down to personal preference, as well as the reasons why you want to try CBD. Here are the options:1. Tinctures

HOW MUCH CBD SHOULD I TAKE?
We can’t tell you how much to take – that’s up to you. Some people find an effective dose is as little as a few milligrams. Others, a gram or more. Our advice is to start small, especially if you have little or no experience of CBD. If you want to increase it, take a few small doses over the course of the day rather than one big dose, and repeat the same amount and timing for several days.Take note of the effects and adjust it if necessary.
Don’t overdo it – not because it’s dangerous, but because CBD has bi-phasic properties, which means that low and high doses can produce opposite effects.
A good rule to remember is: small doses tend to stimulate, large doses sedate.
CBD has no known adverse effects, but an excessive amount of CBD could be less effective therapeutically than a moderate dose. So, remember: ‘less is more’ is often the case with CBD!
